What we keep about you, why, and what we never do with it.

What We Keep

Your name, the address we write to you at, the Passion Plumes you host and join, what you write in one and in messages, and the day your membership runs to. Where you told us a salon is — a suburb, a city, or online — is shown on that salon.

Your Card

Your card is handled by Stripe and never touches us. We keep a reference so we can find your payment, never the card itself.

What We Do With It

Show your Passion Plumes to people looking for them. Let members write to you. Charge your membership when it falls due. Nothing else. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone, and we do not advertise.

What Other Members See

Your first name, the Passion Plumes you host, and what you say inside the ones you belong to. Never your email address.

Seeing, Changing, Leaving

You can see and change your name and address in My Salons. To have everything about you removed, write to us and it is done — your Passion Plumes come down and your words go with them.

Where It Lives

On our own servers in Australia. Stripe holds your payment details under its own privacy policy.

Writing To Us

Anything about your privacy: write to us at the address at the foot of every page, and a person answers.
